Bring along a friend or come alone and meet a friendly group of people for a healthy walk. No cost or special skill required and free parking. Walk at your own speed and join others at different levels of walking ability. You are free to leave when you feel like it. test
Stepping Out Program
A 12 week exercise program facilitated by a registered kinesiologist, nurse specialists and a registered physiotherapist. Participants complete pre and post fitness testing and are prescribed an exercise program and monitored throughout the program.

For anyone experiencing sleep problems! Please join our evening workshop to learn new strategies for a better nights sleep
This is a 4 week program to help you understand and overcome emotional eating and gain behavioural strategies to manage problematic eating. Participants come to this class with a clear understanding of what healthy eating looks like but are struggling with problematic eating that feels “out of control.” You may have repeatedly lost and regained weight over the years, tried various weight loss regimes, may or may not be considering bariatric surgery or may have had weight loss surgery and are beginning to struggle again.
