Fergus After-Hours Clinic at Walmart

You should ALWAYS try to contact your family doctor or nurse practitioner to book an appointment before using after-hours services. If you are unable to get a same-day appointment and need urgent medical attention, you may use our after-hours service provided at Walmart in Fergus.

In an effort to help keep patients and staff safe during the current pandemic, access to the clinic is now offered by appointment only. Patients wishing to see a primary care provider may call the clinic at (519) 787-2940 up to 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled opening time to speak to one of our staff members.

Patients who have a new or worsening cough or shortness of breath – with or without fever – regardless of travel history – are advised not to attend the clinic, but to call Public Health (1-800-265-7293 X 7006) or their primary health care provider to discuss next steps.
