WORKSHOP: TIPS AND TOOLS FOR SUCCESSFUL CAREGIVING

LOCATION: Hybrid session: In person at Upper Grand Family Health Team and Online virtual group
Caring for a family member or friend with a chronic condition can be physically and emotionally draining.
In this 2 hour workshop:
- Learn about the difference between stress and burnout
- Learn about how to gain access to resources and the ability to create a social network of support
- Learn strategies to support you the caregivers
- Learn about resources that may help.
