Come sit-in on this education session to learn what it means to have diabetes, how the body has changed, and what you can do to manage it while still enjoying life to the fullest. Feel free to come along with a friend or family member for support.

The program is part of the Centre and North Wellington Diabetes Network and is co-facilitated by Certified Diabetes Educators from the Upper Grand Family Health Team and the Diabetes Education Centre at Groves Memorial Hospital.
