Our clinical pharmacist can help you meet your medication management needs and answer questions about your current or proposed treatments. Our pharmacist will aim to help you achieve your therapeutic goals while promoting safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medications.

The pharmacist will work with you to establish your medication management goals. This may include increasing your understanding of your medications and assessing for potential medication-related problems such as side effects, interactions or medications you may no longer need. The pharmacist will develop a prioritized list of possible medication-related problems and work with you and your physician to create a plan to resolve them.
