Our memory clinic team is a group of healthcare professionals with special training in memory assessments including: 

• Identify concerns that are affecting your memory
• Provide diagnosis and treatment options
• Provide education and support
• Connect you with specialists and/or other community services.

• You are an older adult with memory concerns
• You are willing to do memory testing

DURATION: 2.5 Hour

TO REGISTER: Referral required from family physician. Please talk to your family doctor or care provider if you think this clinic is a good fit for you.
