Foundations of Mindful Eating is a FREE workshop offered virtually by a Registered Dietitian and a Mental Health Therapist. In this course, you will learn about the benefits of mindfulness and mindful eating, including useful skills to manage food cravings and eat in response to your natural hunger cues.
